“I must have Flowers always and always…” -Claude Monet
Flowers hold memories. In Victorian times they even had their own language. Maybe that is why I love to photograph families among wild flowers and long soft grass. The memory of the grass waving in the breeze. Photographing families nestled in flower patches… where children a sure to find a special gift for their parents. It is also bound to spark the wonder of a child as they chase a toad or leap through the flowers on a hunt for something amazing! Life is so busy and photography requires us to slow down and to just be present. Embracing the beautiful and perfect imperfections of our families. Loving each other and celebrating each other.
